The Hawthorn Public School ranking comes in at #2 in our overall Mississauga Elementary School Rankings!
Hawthorn is a JK-8 public elementary school located in the neighbourhood of Erindale in West-central Mississauga. It has approximately 200 students and no French Immersion track.
Hawthorn PS has consistently ranked as one of the top schools in Mississauga for quite some time. However, they’ve shot up the rankings in the past few years and once again retain their place at #2.
The only thing keeping them from the first overall spot is Kenollie, the queen of Mississauga schools, off its perch.
The nice thing about Hawthorn PS is it’s a small community and children don’t need to change to a middle school. That’s one less major change for them and allows them to stay with their friends all the way until high school.
Hawthorn PS is located in a great area just south of Dundas and west of Mavis right next to the popular Huron Park Recreation Centre. Inventory here is a bit tougher to find as it is a small school boundary, but it’s a great place to raise a family.
