Miller’s Grove PS Ranking

The Miller’s Grove PS ranking comes in at #37 in our overall Mississauga public elementary school rankings. Miller’s Grove PS is located in the neighbourhood of Meadowvale in Northwest Mississauga. While EQAO scores already sort of rely on small sample sizes, Miller’s Grove PS could be an extreme case of that with less than 21 students qualifying at the Grade 3 and Grade 6 level to write the assessment. The reason I mention that is Miller’s Grove saw an ENORMOUS increase in its scoring in 2013. They went from being a Peel average school, to having one of the best scores in all of Mississauga. That’s a very curious case. I’ll have to keep an eye on them before fully endorsing them, however Meadowvale is not a neighbourhood I would hesitate in recommending. It’s a fantastic, family-friendly and affordable area and by all accounts the schools do seem to be improving. This is great news for those looking for more affordable options in Mississauga!
